And by this time you are wondering, “What exactly is this CoolSculpting fat removal thing all about?” Here we break down CoolSculpting in an easy, facts at a glance, quick read.
What Exactly Is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting in our opinion is a pretty revolutionary fat reduction procedure requiring no cutting into the skin or fat sucking like traditional liposuction. CoolSculpting is a totally non-invasive procedure to selectively reduce fat layers in problem areas using a patented cooling technology. It is a safe procedure cleared by the FDA (and CE Marked in Europe) that gently cools fat cells in the body. The “frozen” fat cells are naturally eliminated through your body’s own cleansing system. The best part is that CoolSculpting reduces bulges in treated areas of the body without harming surrounding tissue, which means there’s no “downtime”, “recovery time” or girdle wearing like with liposuction. We have both men and women that have the procedure done. For men, typically the problem areas treated are the love handles and for women, it’s the “muffin top”.
What Are The Benefits of CoolSculpting?
1) It involves no needles, surgery, or downtime. Since CoolSculpting is non-invasive, patients can resume daily activities including work and exercise, immediately following treatment.
