Dr. Blair Ferguson is a board-certified dermatology nurse practitioner (DNPCB). He is originally from Pennsylvania, and completed his doctoral degree (DNP) at Wilkes University.
He also holds a master’s degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a biology degree, also from Nova Southeastern University. Blair has been with Natura Dermatology and Cosmetics since 2015 and serves as the clinical director of the practice. He is a published author in a national dermatology journal (JCAD).
Blair is a clinical professor of dermatology for APRN/PA students. He possesses a wide range of skills including including medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. He has treated over 15,000 individual patients and is committed to early detection of skin cancer, as well as improving self-confidence through minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
Alexis Jennings, APRN, FNP-BC is originally from South Florida. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science Degrees in Nursing at Barry University. Alexis has proven her passion for dermatology through completing an internship alongside Dr. Richardson throughout 2023. Alexis embraced every opportunity to learn and expand her skills in dermatology during that year. She is now a strong diagnostician and clinician having mastered the complexities of procedural and clinical dermatology.
Valeria Hidalgo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is originally from New York. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury before completing an accelerated bridge Master of Science in Nursing program at Miami Regional University, earning her Registered Nurse license. She later earned a second Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the same institution.
Valeria discovered her passion for dermatology early in her career and brings several years of dermatology experience to her practice. She completed her Dermatology Nurse Practitioner clinical training under the mentorship of Dr. Will Richardson, gaining extensive experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Valeria is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with an emphasis on patient education, early skin cancer detection, and individualized treatment plans. She strives to help every patient achieve healthy skin while ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care.
